Custom AGVs

Besides the standard range, AGVs can be custom made for almost any material that needs to be delivered.

Below are some examples of custom AGVs installed by Amerden.

Side loading forklift AGVs

Side loading forklift type AGVs  have the ability to service palletized loads or rolls both at the floor level and excel in narrow aisles.  In some cases these vehicles can also stack loads in high storage racks.

Side loading forklift vehicle type A with swing reach forks

  • Side loading vehicle with telescopic fork for load handling on both sides
  • Load capacity up to 2,400 lbs
  • Lift heights up to 19 feet with multi stage mast
  • Seven wheels with one spring loaded drive wheel and four castor wheels
  • Support feet that lowers to the floor and supports the vehicle for extra stability at high lifts
  • Bi-directional motion

Quad motion side load forklift vehicle type Q

  • Forklift for larger loads and/or high lift height
  • Load capacity up to 5000 lbs
  • Lift heights up to 19 feet with multi stage mast
  • Six wheels total with dual spring loaded drive wheels in bogie with castor wheels, and separate castor wheel bogie for high stability. Dual steer/drive units makes quad direction motion possible

Transport Carts

These flexible and affordable transport systems are designed for office, healthcare and light manufacturing environments.  Versatile standard or custom attachments can be installed on the vehicle, and even towed behind allowing for a higher volume delivery.  Material, mail or package delivery and pick-up is made easy with the AGC System.
