We are the only in-house repair facility in North America that
utilizes AGVE factory-trained technicians and factory built test equipment
to repair the CB10 and CB12 main control boards and other AGV controls such as the INT12, INT20 and antenna expansion boards
manufactured by AGV Electronics. A full computer diagnostic is run on
control hardware, factory modifications and updates are applied to
older versions of the electronics. All the work is completed swiftly and
reliably. Amerden does fully guaranteed work in house, in less
time, and for less money.

Motor repair
Amerden does complete repairs on all types of AGV gear and lift motors as well as many non AGV electrical motors from manufactures such as Schabmuller, Hurth and CFR.
Let us repair and tune your motor by using our complete AGV gear drive motor repair package. The package includes:
- Complete disassembly, cleaning and inspection
- Turn and test armature
- Replacement of seals, bearings, brushes, gaskets, thermal sensor, wires lubricant and tire
- 'As needed' replacement of hardware, houring and gearing
